E-Ton Viper 70 quad brakes

Help, I am having a hard time bleading the rear brake system on this Chinese quad. The compression cylinder works fine, I disconected the hose and it pumps up against my finger. I also checked the caliper and it has no leaks. When I bleed all of the air out of the bleed port I still can not get the line to pressure up. Does this brake system require some type of pressurized bleed? Thanks, Milo.
